speech day ytd.
as the name suggests, thr's indeed alot of speeches.
D: but i like the performances! (:
had training at macritchie,
me sihui and rebecca ran for 93 like siao :D
mr quek asked the melvin guy to come again,
it stressed me a little.
but like what rebecca says,
at least i have someone to run with.
"there is no motivation without stress" (?)
however the 12km run was quite disappointing.
my 8km timing was fast ,
in fact my PB for 8km!
but because its too fast,
my last 4km screwed like SIAO.
i can feel myself jogging lah,
i kept forcing my legs to move faster but my heart feels like its going to jump out anytime.
and so i went s l o w e r and s l o w e r and when i came back my timing sucks.
its even slower than last week's timing.
oh well, lesson learnt.
never run too hard the first 8km X:

at first i thought it was a run.
