PT yesterday made me ache all over!

my arms sucks i cant even do 3 sets of 20 incline properly. Napfa next year die alr!

wanted to sleep earlier so went to bed at 1030pm.

took me an hour to fall aslp -.-"

went back to school 4 hours today for PW.

total waste of time i wished i stayed at home instead.

why must they torture us with pw :(

temper is getting worse nowadays.

gets irritated very easily! is it the weather or is it me. zz.
